CAPI will be hosting a COVID & Flu vaccination clinic at our location in Brooklyn Center. Pfizer 1st and 2nd doses are available for those 6 months and older. Pfizer and Bivalent Boosters are available for those 6 months and older.

No insurance is required and no appointment is needed. Receive a $50 VISA gift card when you receive your COVID shot.
