To celebrate fall and bid farewell to our fresh produce season, CAPI and our friends at Cross of Glory Lutheran Church will be hosting a Neighborhood Fall Fest! Fresh produce will be distributed, get a flu shot and/or COVID-19 vaccine, visit the food truck, and hang out! The event will take place at our office in Brooklyn Center!
