In need of stress reduction? Like easy yoga? CAPI is hosting a mindful yoga and stress-reduction workshop on September. 18 from 2 pm to 3:30 pm. This event is open to anyone and has kid-friendly exercises. Special guest Julie Vang will lead a mindful yoga movement & stress-reduction workshop. Julie is a spiritual business coach and the creator of I’m Soul Ready. Her practice is at the intersectionality of spirituality, wellness, activism, and entrepreneurship. It’s a raw, inclusive, and grounded approach that heals at the root and helps you sustain your legacy now and for generations to come.
